2. Intellectual Property & AI-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content, images, and brand assets you upload to Cretiv. Subject to applicable law and these terms, you own the AI-generated content created from your inputs. You are responsible for ensuring that your uploaded materials do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
3. Fair Use & Service Limits
Certain features are subject to usage limits based on your subscription plan. You agree not to misuse the platform through automated abuse, unauthorized scraping, excessive requests, reverse engineering, or any activity that could disrupt the availability or security of the service.
4. Limitation of Liability
AI-generated analysis, recommendations, and creative outputs are provided for informational and commercial assistance purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, Cretiv does not guarantee business outcomes and is not responsible for decisions, losses, or damages resulting from the use of our services.
