By authenticating and utilizing Cretiv.net, you unconditionally accept all terms defined under PRELI. If you act on behalf of an established brand or Preli merchant storefront, you guarantee full legal authorization over that company entity.
1. Account Registration & Preli Integration
Accessing premium Cretiv modules requires valid authentication. Account abuse, illegal API token sharing, or structural session manipulation will trigger an immediate, permanent ban across the entire PRELI commercial ecosystem.
2. Intellectual Property & AI Generation Rights
Cretiv grants full commercial ownership over any optimized product imagery and creative campaign materials produced via our AI engine. However, you remain strictly liable to ensure your original asset uploads do not breach third-party copyrights.
3. Rate Limits & Fair Usage Policy
Every tier carries strict optimization tokens and competitor tracking allocations. Any programmatic exploitation of our data layers, including automated scraping or brute-force requests, will be systematically dropped by our backend firewalls.
4. Limitation of Analytical Liability
Market index comparisons and competitor growth pacing graphs are compiled as projective mathematical insights for business reference. PRELI carries no legal liability for your real-world financial metrics or external strategic decisions.
